**It is important to note that not
all spaces are available to request using this system, see the “UWSP Space
Mangers” link located on the left side under “Links”
1.
Select template “Book Now” next to
the template of the building you want to request a room.
2.
Select date and time you are looking
to reserve; use “recurrence” for events taking place at same time for more than
one date.

To view availability in particular
building(s), select “Add/Remove” next to the “Locations” tab on left side.

Click “Search”
5.
A list of available spaces will
appear. If you do NOT see your preferred room, select the “Schedule” tab near
the top, under “Room/location search results”. This will show you all spaces,
and their bookings for that date/time.

Select the purple + sign to select a
room. Enter expected number of participants. More specific room information is
available by clicking on the room name.
7.
If you need more than one room, or
more than one date, select another date and time, and hit “search”. You can
request more than one date/time per request submitted.

Select “Next Step” tab at TOP right
side of page
9.
Enter Event Name, Event Type, and
Sponsor (this is your UWSP department or recognized student organization). Use
the magnifying glass symbol to lookup appropriate sponsor.
10.
Enter first/second contact
11.
Enter information in “booking comments”
if there are any special needs or information regarding this booking.
12.
Review “Terms and Conditions”, check
box and select “create reservation”
13.
The manager of the space is
responsible to confirm/deny use of that space by sending a reservation
confirmation to the contacts listed. See space manager list.
